At Royal Holiday I designed an HRM and e-learning platform deployed to 2,000 salespeople across 4 countries in 3 languages, enforcing compliance at the system level — winning the ARDY Award, ARDA’s top honor. At EasyRentals I pioneered the AI-Director Paradigm — delivering a production-ready ISO-compliant ERP in 20 weeks using AI coding agents governed by 1,800 specification documents, where prior teams spent 2.5 years and $1.25M with nothing to show.

The system enforced compliance at the architecture level: reps could not register for payroll without passing required exams. The HRM detected 2 active fraud attempts by terminated reps rehiring under false identities. Won the ARDY Award — ARDA’s top honor, Sales Training category, ARDA World 2017. Led the first migration of JD Edwards ERP to Amazon Web Services. Redesigned the client-facing members website with a Kayak-style filter interface.
