I build technology that ships. Over 20 years across broadcast infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, IoT, and e-commerce — in Mexico City, across Latin America, and now from La Jolla — I’ve led engineering at every scale: a 4-person TV station team that negotiated the first iTunes content deal in Latin America, a 25-person corporate PMO that cut server costs 90% and saved $1M+ annually, and a production-ready enterprise ERP built alone in 20 weeks directing AI coding agents against a 1,800-document governance framework.

At MVS Television I architected a $2.5M broadcast infrastructure that multiplied post-production output 20x and opened a new revenue stream with Televisa and Univision. At Royal Holiday I built a compliance platform deployed to 2,000 salespeople across 4 countries that won ARDA’s top industry honor. At EasyRentals I pioneered the AI-Director Paradigm — a methodology for governing AI coding agents that produces auditable, on-architecture output at a pace no traditional team can match.

I was one of the people passing that floppy around Mexico City. Thirty years later, that demo still defines how I build software, including the AI-directed kind.
