Retail Organic Products

Client approached me because he was struggling to get some organic super foods. He proposed  for us to create a new eCommerce, and manage warehouse and shipping. I incorporated us, and made all the paperwork to have a bank account, accounting, and so forth.  

After three months, it was clear to me that margins were slim, so I proposed owning a larger chunk of  the vertical, so I set up procurement, warehousing, packing (assembly) and distribution. Products were in 750 stores around the country.
